We no longer participate in EyeMed or Anthem Vision Plans.  If you are diabetic, your examination will likely be billed to your medical insurance.  Vision Service Plan (VSP) will often cover an annual diabetic exam with a lower copay than a medical plan.  Many Medicare patients have EyeMed coverage.  In these cases, care can be billed to Medicare, but there may be a higher copay compared to that required by EyeMed.
